12 oz linguine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
