The Ultimate Creamy Garlic Chicken



✅ Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken with Rotini in Parmesan Sauce

🍗 Ingredients

12 oz rotini pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

3 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish




👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. ✅ Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.


2. ✅ Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Add chicken, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.


3. ✅ Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Slowly pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, whisking to combine.

Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella. Let melt together until smooth and creamy.
Simmer gently for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss until evenly coated in the creamy garlic-parmesan sauce.
