1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions
1. ✅ Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. ✅ Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Add chicken, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. ✅ Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Slowly pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, whisking to combine.
4. ✅ Add the Cheese
Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella. Let melt together until smooth and creamy.
Simmer gently for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

6. ✅ Serve & Garnish
Top with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy your creamy, cheesy comfort masterpiece!
💡 Quick Tips
↪️ 1. Use freshly grated cheese — it melts smoother and gives better flavor than pre-shredded.
↪️ 2. Keep pasta al dente — it continues to cook slightly when mixed with hot sauce.
↪️ 3. Add a twist — a pinch of chili flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice brightens the flavor beautifully.
