🔹️ Triple Chocolate Cake 🍫🍰

A rich, moist, and decadent three-layer chocolate cake filled with creamy ganache and chocolate buttercream — the ultimate dessert for chocolate lovers!


✅️ Ingredients

For the Cake:
◾️ 2 cups all-purpose flour
◾️ 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
◾️ ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
◾️ 2 tsp baking powder
◾️ 1 ½ tsp baking soda
◾️ 1 tsp salt
◾️ 2 eggs
◾️ 1 cup whole milk
◾️ ½ cup vegetable oil
◾️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
◾️ 1 cup boiling water
◾️ 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

For the Chocolate Ganache:
◾️ 1 cup heavy cream
◾️ 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

For the Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
◾️ 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
◾️ 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
◾️ ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
◾️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
◾️ ⅓ cup heavy cream


✅️ Instructions

👉 Step 1: Cake Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly between the pans and bake 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool completely before removing from pans.

👉 Step 2: Chocolate Ganache
Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to boil.
Remove from heat and pour over chocolate chips.
Let sit 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Cool to room temperature before using.

👉 Step 3: Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Mix in vanilla and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy.

👉 Step 4: Assembly
Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread a layer of ganache on top.
Add the second layer and repeat.
Place the final layer on top and frost the entire cake with chocolate buttercream.
Drizzle with any remaining ganache.
