🥬 Cabbage and Ground Beef Skillet

🔹️ Ingredients

◾️ 1 small cabbage, chopped
◾️ 1 lb ground beef
◾️ 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)
◾️ Salt and pepper, to taste
◾️ Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning



🔹️ Instructions

➡️ In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
➡️ Add the chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes (with liquid) to the skillet.
➡️ Stir everything together, cover, and simmer for 20–25 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
➡️ ✅️ Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices to taste.



Tips & Variations

◾️ Add onion and garlic while browning the beef for extra flavor.
◾️ Mix in cooked rice or noodles for a heartier meal.
◾️ ✅️ Sprinkle shredded cheese on top before serving for a delicious, melty finish.
