
🍗 Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

🛒 Ingredients
✅️ 10–12 chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
✅️ 1 tbsp olive oil
✅️ 1 tsp garlic powder
✅️ 1 tsp dried thyme
✅️ ½ tsp lemon zest (optional)
✅️ Salt & pepper, to taste
✅️ 2 tbsp honey (optional for glaze)
✅️ 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional for added flavor)
🔹️ Directions
◾️ Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
◾️ Prepare Wings:
Pat wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness. Place in a large bowl.
◾️ Season Wings:
Drizzle olive oil over wings and toss. Sprinkle garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss again for even coating.
◾️ Bake Wings:
Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake 25–30 min, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
◾️ Optional Glaze:
During the last 5 minutes, drizzle honey over wings and return to oven to caramelize. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over wings before serving for extra flavor.
◾️ Serve:
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges, and enjoy!
