🥩 Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Servings: 4 | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Total: 35 min

👉Ingredients

For the Steak:
✅️ 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak
✅️ Salt & pepper, to taste
✅️ 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Alfredo Sauce:
✅️ 2 tbsp butter
✅️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅️ 1 cup heavy cream
✅️ 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
✅️ 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
✅️ 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
✅️ 1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)
✅️ Salt & pepper, to taste

For Serving:
✅️ 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine or pasta of choice
✅️ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
✅️ Extra Gorgonzola cheese (for garnish)



👉Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Steak:
◾️ Season steak with salt & pepper.
◾️ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
◾️ Cook steak 4–5 min per side (or until desired doneness).
◾️ Remove and let rest before slicing thinly against the grain.

2️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:
▶️ In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
▶️ Sauté garlic 1 min until fragrant.
▶️ Pour in heavy cream, bring to gentle simmer.
▶️ Stir in Gorgonzola & Parmesan until smooth.
▶️ Mix in sun-dried tomatoes & thyme. Simmer 2–3 min.
▶️ Season with salt & pepper to taste.

3️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
👉 Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

4️⃣ Combine & Serve:
👉 Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce.
👉 Top with sliced steak.
👉 Garnish with parsley & extra Gorgonzola.
👉 Serve hot and enjoy!
