👉 Ingredients:
↪️ 12 oz (340g) penne pasta
↪️ 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, thinly sliced
↪️ 1 tbsp olive oil
↪️ 1 tbsp butter
↪️ 1 red bell pepper, sliced
↪️ 1 green bell pepper, sliced
↪️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
↪️ 1 tsp paprika
↪️ ½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
↪️ Salt and black pepper to taste
↪️ 2 cups beef broth
↪️ 1 cup heavy cream
↪️ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
↪️ 1 tbsp lemon juice
↪️ 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
👉 Directions:
✅️ 1. Heat the base:
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
✅️ 2. Sear the steak:
Add sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
Sear for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
✅️ 3. Sauté veggies:
In the same pot, add garlic and bell peppers. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
✅️ 4. Cook pasta:
Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
✅️ 5. Make it creamy:
Lower the heat, then stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
✅️ 6. Combine and finish:
Return the steak to the pot, mix well, and simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
